Until when can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your event up until 3 months before the day of the event, without any additional fees. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned.

Am I charged a fee for canceling?
If you cancel your event up to 3 months before the actual event, there will be no additional fee. After that, we might charge a cancellation fee to cover any costs on our end (flights, transportation, logistics) connected to your event, as often we have to pay third parties upfront and cannot get that money back.

What if I want to move the date?
If this is communicated within the time frame mentioned above or due to force majeure of any kind, we will be happy to credit the deposit to any new date, pending availability.
