Ceremony music with style

Thanks to our classically trained piano player, The Waistcoats can offer the perfect music for your wedding ceremony – either as a standalone service or as part of our packages (e.g. including a band for the evening).

From classic to modern.

Classical songs from Mozart to Bach are not a problem. Some of the standards we propose include The Celtic Alleluja, Canon in D and Ave Maria.

If you prefer a more upbeat touch, yet classy touch instead, we can spice up your ceremony with pop, folk or rock versions by Bruno Mars, Bruce Springsteen, The Beatles and many more!

We Make Your Ceremony Special.

We take care of everything. We bring the instruments, speaker system, Wi-Fi microphones (optional) and set up ahead of time, so that everything is ready when your first guests start arriving. We perform songs you have chosen beforehand and will work with the celebrant or priest to be perfectly on cue with every step of your ceremony program.

Behind the scenes

In this video, Paul (co-founder of The Waistcoats) and Fra (our classically trained piano player) travel to Dublin, where they perform for a fundrainser, together with opera singer Mark Welsh and Christy Dignam (Aslan).

Additional Options.

We cover a lot of different services in-house, but if you’re looking for something else we’ll be glad to help you organize external musicians (e.g. violin players, harp players…). Also if you have family members / friends who would like to sing or perform at your wedding, we can provide and set up any music equipment that may be needed.

Big thanks to The Waistcoats for a brilliant night! Ye were fantastic. Pity ye couldn’t have played again for us tonight. Hope to see ye again in Italy. Good luck
